Leadership

Dionne Marie Flynn is a thought leader and goodwill ambassador with international roots. She is of West Indian-Portuguese descent and was born in St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands as one of three daughters of an immigrant mother from St. Kitts.  She was raised by her father in New York. She has traveled across the globe and currently calls Los Angeles, California home. She loves her island roots and the evolution of its history. 

Dionne Marie expresses her desire to see people empowered through her roles as an ambassador, pastor, and writer. The heart of her focus is identifying and promoting models of excellence for leadership development and female economic empowerment around the world. She has served in ministry leadership, executive management, and support roles in the government, multinational corporations, law firms, and distinguished universities. She uses everything she learned from industry leaders to help the next generation of emerging leaders.

Dionne Marie is a visionary and entrepreneur. She is a woman with a divine vision to use her gift of communicating to lead millions of people in reaching their optimum performance with a global perspective. 

Dione Marie knows first hand the experiences of struggle, triumph, divorce, single parenting, entrepreneurial successes and failures, and building a solid future from the pieces of a broken past. Her life is a testimony to the inspired and she considers herself to be a relentless goal hunter.

Dionne Marie is a servant leader. She was licensed in 2001 to minister the gospel by Bishop Joseph Simmons, ordained and affirmed as a Pastor in 2008 by Bishop TD Jakes, and later elevated to the office of Regional Overseer in 2010. 

Dionne Marie is a scholar. She currently has her sight set on earning a PhD in International Relations. While pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at Rollins College she was inducted into Sigma Iota Rho Honor Society for International Studies. Her scholarly pursuits are accentuated with multiple Certificates in Business Management, Executive Pastoral Care, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Global Studies and Public Policy.

Dionne Marie is a humanitarian. She has a heart for reaching people worldwide at their core and helping them stretch into their highest potential. She was most recently appointed as Liaison for the International Law Section of the American Bar Association to the Women's International Trade Organization, she is currently a Co-Chair of the Women's Interest Network of the American Bar Association International Law Section, Vice-Chair of the United Nations and International Organizations Committee of the American Bar Association, member of the Women in Homeland Security, the American Political Science Association, the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, The Potter's House International Pastoral Alliance, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Her philanthropic passion is extended through her support of different charities in the fashion industry.
 
Dionne Marie is approachable and compassionate. As a leader with spiritual depth she is ordained to empower people spiritually. As a scholar and professional leader she is committed to improving human performance by fostering opportunities for leadership development in an international arena. She travels extensively to share her heart, knowledge, and wisdom as an advisor, analyst, ambassador, lecturer, facilitator, mediator, and minister. 

Dionne Marie is honored to be the mother of two young adults that are making their mark around the world with their gifts, talents, education, skills, and commitment to lead change. Her daughter, Aeryel, operates in the field of Student Affairs working toward becoming a university vice-president. Her son, Aeryk, is a Contemporary Artist working to make history in the luxury arena.

Dionne Marie works diligently to strive to effectively act as a catalyst for professional, spiritual, and personal advancement with an international perspective.
